Your first task is to read, understand, and internalize the Standard Operating Procedure. This document defines our design language.
Go to Designer SOP🎥 Watch Training Videos
Visit the Assets Library and watch the required training videos. These will give you visual context to the written SOPs.
Open Assets Library🎓 Pass the Knowledge Test
Prove your understanding by taking the role-specific quiz. You need a score of 90% or higher to proceed.
ℹ️ How to take the test: Go back to the Designer SOP and click the "🎓 Test" button in the sidebar.
🎙️ The 30-Minute Recording Task
This is your final verification. Record a 30-minute screen sharing video walking us through your understanding of the role.
- Walk through the SOP sections and explain them in your own words.
- Explain your KRA (Key Result Areas) and how you plan to achieve them.
- Explain the KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) you are measured on.
- Walk through a past design of yours and explain how it aligns (or differs) from our principles.
