Your Daily Routine
⏰ Work Hours
Standard work hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM IST (flexible by role)
You must be online and responsive during your work hours.
⚠️ CRITICAL: Response Time SLA
Failure to respond during work hours = Marked ABSENT for the day
| Message From | Response Time |
|---|---|
| Management/CEO | IMMEDIATE (5 minutes) |
| Team Lead | Within 10 minutes |
| Colleagues | Within 30 minutes |
| Clients (Fiverr) | Within 1 hour |
✅ All assigned tasks must be acknowledged in the same message thread
📱 Discord Notification = MANDATORY
- Turn ON Discord notifications on ALL devices during work hours
- Install Discord on your PC/laptop for instant access
- If communicated via phone call, still respond in Discord group for documentation
- Every message mentioning you requires a response — no exceptions
Acceptable acknowledgments: "Okay", "Yes sir/ma'am", "Working on it", "Understood", "Will do"
📍 Daily Start Time Posting
⚠️ CRITICAL: Post BEFORE 11:00 AM every day - no exceptions
- Format: "I'll start working from [TIME]" or "I started working at [TIME]"
- If starting late (after 12 PM), post by 10:55 AM with expected start time
- Team Lead posts consolidated list of all working members by 11:30 AM
🏖️ Leave Request Protocol
- Leave request must be posted BEFORE 12:00 PM (noon) on leave day
- Format: "Leave - [DATE] - Reason: [SPECIFIC REASON]"
- ⚠️ Half days DO NOT exist (except Saturday) - mark full leave
- If on leave, still check group once for urgent messages
💬 Overcommunication Principle
Fast communication is a form of RESPECT.
- Never ignore anyone's messages — clients, teammates, superiors, or juniors
- Provide updates even when not asked
- If unable to complete task, respond with reason + alternative timeline

Communication Rules
💬 Discord is Our HQ
Discord is our primary communication tool. Being active on Discord = being at work.
During work hours, reply to ALL messages within 1 hour. No exceptions.
Keep your status set to Online during work hours. Change it when on break or unavailable.
Install Discord on your phone for urgent messages when away from desk.
Enable notifications for mentions and DMs. Mute only non-essential channels.
🚨 What Happens If You Don't Respond?
- First occurrence: Friendly reminder from manager
- Repeated: Logged as communication issue
- Chronic: Performance review impact
If you need to step away, update your status and inform your manager. Communication is non-negotiable.
Response Priority Guide
| Message Type | Response Time | Priority |
|---|---|---|
| Client emergency / Site down | Immediately (within 15 mins) | URGENT |
| Manager / Team Lead DM | Within 30 minutes | HIGH |
| Team channel mentions | Within 1 hour | MEDIUM |
| General channel messages | Within 2 hours | NORMAL |
✅ Communication Best Practices
- Acknowledge messages with a reaction if you need time to respond
- Use threads to keep conversations organized
- Tag the right people — don't spam @everyone unless necessary
- Keep messages clear and concise — get to the point
- Use voice channels for complex discussions

- After a mistake: Review SOP to prevent future issues
⚠️ SOPs Are Living Documents
If you find a process that could be improved, or discover something that should be in the SOP but isn't, tell your manager. We update SOPs regularly to capture new best practices.
Time Management
⏰ The 80/20 Rule
80% of your results come from 20% of your tasks. Identify your high-impact work and protect time for it.
Productivity Principles
🎯 Do This
- ✅ Start with your hardest task
- ✅ Time-block deep work sessions
- ✅ Take regular short breaks
- ✅ Set daily goals (max 3 priorities)
- ✅ Track your time on tasks
🚫 Avoid This
- ❌ Checking email/Discord constantly
- ❌ Multitasking on important work
- ❌ Skipping breaks (leads to burnout)
- ❌ Saying yes to everything
- ❌ Working without a plan
If You're Falling Behind
- Don't panic — assess what's actually urgent
- Communicate early — tell your manager BEFORE deadlines are missed
- Ask for help — someone might be able to assist
- Prioritize ruthlessly — what can wait vs. what can't?
- Learn from it — why did this happen? How to prevent it?
