- Generate the avatar video on HeyGen using our avatar + the winning script
- Download the raw avatar video
- Plan the edit — hook in first 3 seconds, animation beats, psychology hits
- Gather assets — B-roll, motion graphics, sound

- Edit top-notch — heavy animations, relatable, nothing left lacking
- 3-second hook check — does it stop the scroll? (the main game)
- Beats-original check — is our edit better than theirs?
- Deliver the finished short
