Your first task is to read, understand, and internalize the Standard Operating Procedure. This document is your bible for success.

Visit the Assets Library and watch the required training videos. These will give you visual context to the written SOPs.
Open Assets Library🎓 Pass the Knowledge Test
Prove your understanding by taking the role-specific quiz. You need a score of 90% or higher to proceed.

🎙️ The 30-Minute Recording Task
This is your final verification. Record a 30-minute screen sharing video walking us through your understanding of the role.
- Walk through the SOP sections and explain them in your own words.
- Explain your KRA (Key Result Areas) and how you plan to achieve them.
- Explain the KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) you are measured on.
- Demonstrate how you would handle a mock project scenario.
