Complete Your Role Training & Get Certified
Every role at DH has a dedicated training program with lessons, quizzes, and a certificate. You must score 100% on every quiz to unlock your certificate â this proves you've mastered the fundamentals.
đ Your Checklist for Step 2
- Go to the Training Hub and find your role's training module
- Complete all tasks and pass every quiz with a perfect score (100% required)
- Download your certificate once all tasks are complete
- Share your certificate with us â email it to hr@digitalheroes.co.in
Complete Your Practical Assignment
Now it's time to prove your skills with a hands-on task. Every role has a practical assignment that simulates real DH work â complete it and submit through the form provided.
đ Your Checklist for Step 3
- Check with your reporting manager or HR for your role-specific practical assignment
- Complete the assignment within the given deadline (usually 24â72 hours)
- Submit your work through the submission form provided with the assignment
- Your submission will be reviewed and scored â top performers get priority for higher stipend brackets

Submit Your Documents & Stipend Details
Almost there! Fill out the stipend form, attach your training certificate, and submit all required joining documents to HR.

- Attach your training certificate (downloaded in Step 2)
- Email everything to hr@digitalheroes.co.in with subject: "Joining Docs â [Your Name] â [Role]"
- HR will confirm receipt and share your official start date and team assignments
